is Sat., Sept. 30th at 3:00 P.M. Menu: hot dogs, corn on the cob,
sliced tomatoes and apple pie. Sign up sheets are on table in the foyer.
HELLO LADIES!!
SO/SEW TOGETHER IS COMING, MONDAY. Come any
time between 10a.m. and 2:00 p.m. LUNCH will be served at noon.
Enjoy the laughter and friendship! This is just a time to sit and visit
OR bring a project to work on…it’s your choice, NO RULES, the goal
is to be together. Bring a snack or some food to share. Question?

WOMEN’S RETREAT is October 6-8 at Black Lake Bible Camp in
Olympia. The cost is $135 and includes housing and meals. The
weekend will include fellowship, workshops, time with God, a silent
auction, crafts, and, of course an awesome speaker. Registration is

ating a physical and financial response to those most greatly affected.

NOURISH PIERCE COUNTY (formerly FISH Food Banks) is holding their 4th Annual Luncheon “A Place At Our Table”. The date is Thurs.,
Oct 12th, 11:30 am at the Murano in Tacoma. While the luncheon itself
is free, there will be a request for donations during the program.
Reservations are required and must be in by Oct. 5th. Please see the invitation on the Events bulletin board in the foyer.
In Need of a Care-Giver? Pastor Jim is in touch with a Christian lady
who is now available to provide services for anyone needing personal care, errands, or housekeeping. For more info, talk to Pastor Jim.

tigate and better understand the realities of homelessness in our com-
munity. If you would like to get together a team of 2-8 participants, or
do your own thing, or just want more info, go on line to associated ministries.org or talk to Pastor Jim. It could be interesting!
